    Elementary School 

    Thanksgiving food collection ongoing to provide meals locally. Please bring in your donations by Friday, November 22 so that all of the meals can be delivered to the families in time for Thanksgiving.

     Youth Tumbling for November is Nov. 25 

    Our next Box Top contest will be for November & December with the classrooms bringing in the most box tops,
    winning a Pizza Party!!  Be sure to bring in those box tops and also scan those receipts because Box Tops is going digital!!

     

    That completes the morning announcements.  Everyone have a WONDERFUL DAY FULL OF LEARNING!

    Thanksgiving

    Thanksgiving Food Drive Ends Today! It's time to help others - the annual Student Council Thanksgiving food drive is on now through Friday, November 22. We want to have all the foods needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. The complete dinners will be distributed to local families. Boxes are placed around the middle and high school. Let's fill them up! We’re especially looking for frozen rolls and desserts.
    The class that brings in the most items will receive NO HOMEWORK PASSES FOR EVERYONE IN THE GRADE!

    Today we have class meetings during 2 nd block. Please go to your regular second block class for attendance. Your teachers will bring you to the auditorium.

    Monks Bread sales are underway—these make great holiday gifts.

    There will be a PageTurners meeting during lunch on Monday in the library.

    Chess Club will meet in the library on Monday from 3-4 pm.

    Reminder that we have an early dismissal emergency drill today, with the school day ending at 1 pm. The usual afternoon bus runs will take place at that time. All students must leave the school building immediately.

    Don’t forget to complete the three-minute yearbook survey in your school
    email if you haven’t done it yet.

    This year’s senior play “The Merry Students of Windsor High School” is Friday, November 22 at 7 and Saturday, November 23 at 2. Tickets are $7 and available in the high school office. It’s guaranteed to be the best senior play of the year.    

    All current and new students interested in learning more about the Trap Club can attend a meeting on Tuesday, November 26 at 7:00 PM in cafeteria B.  This meeting is for students and parents.

    A representative from the NY State Troopers will be here today during lunch outside of the cafeteria if you wish to speak with this person.

    Chess club will meet Monday from 3-4 in the library.

    There will be a meeting for sophomore class officers and class reps during lunch today in Mr. Harrington’s room.

    Attn: NHS members – we are in desperate need of bell ringers tomorrow. Shifts are available from 10:30 a.m.
    until 6 p.m.. Please sign up outside of Mrs. Richardson room.

    Seniors please let Mrs. McKay know by tomorrow if your out of town grandparents are going to attend the senior for seniors dinner.

    Attention, ALL high school students: The yearbook is doing a three-minute survey to collect some fun stats on social media use, best high school memories, etc. Please look for Yearbook Survey in your student email and click on the link. All responses are due before Thanksgiving break. Thanks for participating!

     

    It's time for Senior Superlatives voting for the yearbook. Please check your school email and vote for one male AND one female in each category listed on the Senior Superlatives Ballot link. All ballots are due by Friday.
