• Immunizations:

    2020-21 School Year

    New York State Public Health Law, Section 2164 states all children must provide proof of immunization against polio, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, measles, German measles (Rubella), mumps, varicella, meningococcal conjugate (MenACWY) and Hepatitis B.

    Incoming 6th graders and anyone born on or after 1/1/94 must receive a booster immunization for tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (Tdap).

    For the school year starting in September 2020 students entering 7th through 11th grades in New York State must have 1 dose of meningococcal conjugate (MenACWY) and 12th grade must have 2 doses or 1 dose if the dose was received at 16 years or older.
