SAT Exam Review Course
We are very pleased to inform you that the SAT Math and Verbal/Writing Preparation Course will be offered here at Caledonia-Mumford Central School this semester. The class will be held remotely using Zoom and is open to students from any school district who are planning to take the spring or summer 2022 SAT exam. The cost of the Cal-Mum SAT Prep class is $50 and includes the SAT Prep textbook. It is open to students of any school district. The SAT Preparation Course is part of the Winter-Spring 2022 Community Education program.
The spring 2022 SAT exam is on May 7, 2022 (registration deadline April 7, 2022) and June 4, 2022 (registration deadline May 5, 2022). The Cal-Mum SAT Prep class will conclude prior to Spring recess.
The four classes will run on Tuesday, March 29, 31, 2022, and the third and final class on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.
The class runs from 6 p.m. to approximately 7:30 p.m., divided into two sessions each night of Math and English (ELA) review. Each session is about 40 minutes depending on how many questions the students may have, with a short break in between each Zoom class. The math review class is first, starting at 6 p.m., followed by the English class at 6:45 p.m. If conflicts come up with spring sports and musicals in full swing by then, the SAT teachers and students usually decide a mutually agreeable night if a class has to be changed. We accommodate those students who may come to SAT class a little late from a practice; we ask them to join the Zoom as soon as they can.
Payment is not required at the time of registration and flexible payment arrangements can be accommodated. In order for us to order the SAT review textbooks, we need an accurate count of the students taking the class, so please register as soon as possible.
