The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has approved Caledonia-Mumford's application for CEP.

What does that mean for every Raider? FREE Breakfast and Lunch for everyone starting November 1, 2023.

The USDA expanded access last month to the federal Community Eligibility Provision (CEP),
making it possible for us to apply. CEP allows eligible schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs to offer reimbursable school meals at no charge to all students.

Although we offer a variety of a la carte items like snacks, extra milk, and ice
cream, a la carte items are not free and the program doesn’t cover double lunches.

What do you need to do to qualify? Nothing. Effective November 1, 2023, all students enrolled at both the Caledonia-Mumford Elementary School and Caledonia-Mumford Middle/High
School will receive meals at no cost to your household. No further action is required of you.
